All transactions on the winway33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users agree that all deposits, bets, and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed within the user account.
Deposits that have been successfully credited cannot be reversed once used for betting activity. Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or abuse will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Balances in the implicated account may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

Winway33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. winway33's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
